This information is collected by BI statistics (see transaction RSDDSTAT).
Basically there are 2 stages:
- turn on the collection of the statistics via RSDDSTAT. This will make the system start collecting the usage statistics in table RSDDSTAT_OLAP for query exection (you cnan also turn on statistics for ETL usage, gathered in other RSDDSTAT* tables).
- ifr you don't want to get this statistics info from these raw tables, you can activate BI content in BW (0TCT* cubes) that allows you to extract this data into BW models so that you can consult the usage through BEx reports
