BSIK and FBL1N report (open as on date) should give same result. list of all open items

re closed items... at some point in history they were open, so BSAK table as on historical date does not seem to provide this report, we expect

in my example attached, item was cleared on 31 Oct 2015, but it was open on 29 Oct 2015, but when I draw report from BSAK - it does not work

expectation is - from BSIK table , if I draw a report as per 29 Oct 2015 - the settled item should reflect as open

I know its not possible from table view data as the item is closed, but it was indeed open as on 29 Oct, auditors want to see the report of open items as on a historical date (in my e.g: 29 oct)
