Thanks for the quick response,

Capturing traces in local window is clear to us,

but are you aware of how to capture a trace from incident trace editor,

because if we see in SAP document 1508/11, it says that we will find out start and stop trace option in  incident and local trace editor as well,

but we are not able to see these buttons in incident trace editor and hence can not capture

traces when ever any error occurs on screen and we are reporting incident.
