Alexander,
removing standard filters can be done in HTML ADAPT mode.
Go to ADAPT mode in HTML view & click on Organize Queries button and then from here you can remove whichever filters you want - This will be applied to ALL users, immaterial of which role they are assigned. Hiding filters based on business Roles is not available as a standard function - You might have to check the option with a SDK developer if this can be done via enhancement using SDK.
