Hi,

In the table right click on the measure object->Formatnumber->Percentage->Select the sample percentage format.With this you will get the values like 0.03% in the table.

turn to chart.After that data values will displayed with percentage symbol.

For data axis label->format chart->Values-Axis->Design->Number->Format Pattern->Custom->Percentage->Select the sample percentage format
