Purchase requisition quantity and requirement date flowing from apo to ecc is not accurate

Hi Gurus,

the requirement quantity and date flowing from apo to ecc is not accurate. We need to adjust the PR quantity and reschedule the date in ecc when converting to a purchase order. What could be probably the cause of this.
