KD506:Define a settlement cost element for receiver type FXA

I have posted cost on the WBS using on incorrect Cost Elements. I have transferred the cost from the CE in question to the correct CE within the same WBS.

Now when I am trying to run CJ88 on that WBS, I am getting error "Define a settlement cost element for receiver type FXA".

If the balance on the CE is Zero why is it still looking for that CE in the source structure.

How to resolve this issue.
