Thank you so much for the help.
I have activated the communication arrangement,and have performed all the necessary settings in the ECC system exactly the way you have mentioned in the post. Unfortunately, now when i try to launch the ERP customer factsheet it displays an error message "no job started".Can't seem to figure out which job is it referring to and where actually does that job needs to start.
Any feedback/inputs appreciated
