How to add attachment to Notification using BAPI: MSAM10_NOTIFICATION_CHANGE

hi Everyone

We are buliding mobile App Fiori in which we will be adding pictures do CS/PM Notification.

I found BAPI MSAM10_NOTIFICATION_CHANGE which has Table : ATTACHMENT where attachment details are entered.

Can anyone explain me those fields and where to put path to the file on the my PC drive?
