Both "Courtesy Invoice Email ID" and "additional data A" are custom to your system, so I doubt you'll find a solution on SCN. You need to talk to someone who set this up. It's very likely there is also some custom output program involved.
In standard SAP, we can just set all the output go to email and then use the Communication Strategy to send to printer the output that can't be emailed (e.g. no email address available). What you are describing is very much non standard and looks like a customization gone wrong in your specific system.
