1) I am facing one issue; we have created sales order say on 2nd Nov having one characteristic as ABC and later on say by 6th Nov changed the value to XYZ and saved. Afterwards follow on documents created – cycle ended.
Now when checking details for that sales order in report KE24 its still showing value as ABC, where it should be XYZ (Updation of Prof Seg).
2) I am checking Derivation Step for that characteristic is written “MOVE” with VCONF as a source value. While simulating in KE21S based on few parameters, system is successfully fetching values but I don’t know from where it is fetching value “ABC”? Right next field after VCONF I am seeing in CT04 as one of the characteristics variant but it is with blank on VALUE's Tab then from where system getting values as source and pass on to the WWXXXX.
Observation - System is able to fetch the value ONLY when I am giving parameter as Sales Order Number and Sales Order Item along with others details like plant and Company Code but main driving factor is SO Number and SO Item I think.
Can someone experts guide me why Prof Seg was not updated in SO and related follow on documents? And how can I find out where MOVE is getting value as a SOURCE and transferring to characteristics?
