No it is not possible to have different info records at valuation type level, this would already require the valuation type as a key field in the info record and its initial screen in ME11. And within an info record you could only mention a single valuation type, so it would not be of any use to maintain 2 prices.
You can setup 2 contracts, but still it would be hard for a user to choose the right contract if there is no logic when to choose which one, at least you were not able to explain this logic, or to convince me that it is really depending on the hour .
