SAP APO CIF

Hi experts,

I will use the function module EXIT_SAPLCMAT_001  to send by the CIF from ECC to APO some new fields to materials that already exist in the material master, but I have the following questions:

1) Do I have to use also the enhancement APOCF005?

2) When I have to use the enhancement APOCF005?

2) How I should use the enhancement APOCF005?

3) What is the difference between a function module and the enhancement?
